Yoga for Kids

Practicing Yoga is a tool for children to develop attention, listening, body awareness and expression, through the game as a common thread.

Sanuk Yoga for Kinds consist on 60 minutes of a weekly trip through music, dance, senses stimulation and asanas practice. 60 minutes for the body and mind excercise by having fun, since that is the enjoyment, the pure presence and spontaneity, the children language.
Classes are recommended for girls and boys between 4 and 9 years old and only need to come with comfortable clothes and much desire to have fun.

Minimum group 3 children.
