Sam trained at Yogahaven in Greece to become a registered yoga teacher, she is specialised in: Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin yoga.

With over 10 years teaching experience to all ages and abilities, Sam has the knowledge to help people achieve a healthy body and mind.


Our new yoga classes with Sam are suitable for all levels! Each class will promote the important balance of strength and flexibility, and provide regular practise of mind, breath, and body awareness; for a happier and more balanced lifestyle.

The symmetry of the movement taught, with emphasis on good alignment, will improve your posture by counteracting muscle imbalances. Attention to the breath throughout the practise will increase your stamina, and calm the nervous system. By mixing energising Vinyasa postures that flow, with soft Yin poses in stillness; this unique sequence teaches smooth and efficient transitions between postures, in order to prevent injury. Your practise finishes in restorative postures that bring relaxation and tranquility, to leave you feeling recovered.
