Foot Reflexology Course

The in-person intensive course in Foot Reflexology consists of 13 hours spread over two weekend days, plus 7 hours of supervised and guided practice scheduled at personalized times to be arranged by the students. The training will be lead on the 6th and 7th of June 2026 and the cost will be 280 euros.

Course Program

• Introduction: What reflexology is and how it works.

• Fundamentals: Indications, benefits, precautions, and contraindications.

• Anatomy: General and specific anatomy of the foot.

• Mapping: Locating reflex zones and points; anatomical landmarks.

• Methodology: Work techniques and session protocols.

• Hands-on Practice.

The course will be taught by Vanesa Luján, a member of the Sanuk team with over 15 years of training and experience in this discipline.

This course is designed for anyone wishing to begin their journey into Reflexology, whether they are already massage therapists/healthcare professionals or complete beginners interested in health and well-being.

By the end of the training, you will be capable of performing a full reflexology session, effectively working all reflex zones.
